    This place was FANTASTIC! Super location, friendly staff, room and facilities were TOP CLASS, even in the cheaper room which we stayed. Great breakfast too. Would highly recommend anyone staying in Venice to consider this hotel FIRST! Very close to the Vaporetto stop (Guglie), and a walkable distance from the Venezia (Santa Lucia) train station, and/or the bus terminal (Piazzale Roma). Ciao!

    The owners were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Gorgeous rooms and nice breakfast.

    Nothing, perfect location.
