1. Service's description

ForTravel.it has the purpose to get in direct touch customers with receipting structure in order to easy the online hotel booking. The service offered by ForTravel.it is based on the information given by the structures therefore ForTravel.it cannot take any responsability about the inaccurancies and/or mistakes on the same information given to the customers. In the same way ForTravel.it is never responsible for the cancellation, the lost or the missed transmission of information. The receiving structures remain therefore the only responsible for the handling of information and answers given to the customer about the requests of booking and the bookings themselves.

2. Categories and information about the receiving structures

The receiving structures' classification in based on rules and laws in force in Italy. Categories (stars) in which the structures are classified furnish an information about the level of the product/service offered.

3. Agreement for the accomodation and payment

The agreement refering to the already-made booking takes place at the time the structure sends its confirmation. The amount that should be directly given to the receiving structure is that present on the mail confirmation. Obligations and rights present on the agreement refere exclusively to the booking customer and to the reserved receiving structure.

4-Rates

The rates published on ForTravel.it are very competitive and are furnished directly by the receiving structures. For each structure the rates are shown per room per night, including or not breakfast service ( where offered by the receiving structure, there could be rates for half board and for full board).Unless specific notification, rates generally include taxes and services. Rates have a blue colour and represent the best rate respect to the published rate given by the single structure on web site ForTravel.it. For all the structures official rates are published inside the "Prices and estimate" of the mini-site of the single structure. You are invited to verify the booking details to show all that is included in the rate.

5. Security and Privacy

The requested information at the time of registering are necessary to handle the booking and are confidential. All the information are transmitted through Secur Server, with the maximum possible protection's level and your personal profile will never be transmitted to others.Registered personal profile and information are subject to the law in force about Privacy and Privacy Policy of ForTravel.it ( for any further information you can refere to the "Privacy" section.

6. Credit card

Your personal credit card's profile is necessary and requested by the receiving structures only as a warrancy of your booking and will be therefore transmitted to the same structure where you booked through the Secur Server, assuring whole protection. Therefore, any kind of charge will be debt on your credit card for the booking as long as specifically requested by the structure as a payment deposit ( In this case please verify the booking's condition of the single structure) or in case of cancellation of the booking late respect to the established terms. The payment will be done directly at the structure.

7. Service for free

The booking service given from ForTravel.it is completely for free: the customer therefore doesn't have to pay any addictional cost to the booked room's rate.

8. Changes and cancellations

Eventual changes or cancellations could be done only through the ForTravel.it booking service (please send e-mail or fax) as told in the confirmation's mail. In case of cancellations within the terms established by the receiving structure, we won't debt any charge, while if you cancel your booking late respect to the terms or in case of no-show the structure will debt you the amount which, in most of cases, corresponds to the first night's rate (except where specitically comunicated).

9. Manleva

The web site ForTravel.it was conceived,created and developed with maximum care and attention. The furnished service bases itself on the information given by the receiving structures which must be the only responsible for the correctness and truth of the same. As the receiving structures can modify in every moment the information about themselves (descriptions, availability, rates and terms of booking...) ForTravel.it cannot assure that all information are update and without mistakes, and therefore cannot take responsability for them. Therefore, before starting any action against ForTravel.it you are invited to verify the correctness of the received information. ForTravel.it is in Italy and therefore subject to the italian authority for laws (site of Venice).
